Bridgit Care develops artificial intelligence–powered software that helps patients remain engaged in treatment, supports adherence to care plans, and enhances communication between visits. Our primary work is the design, development, licensing, implementation, and support of proprietary healthcare software for behavioral health providers, healthcare organizations, and patients.
Beyond the technology platform itself, we provide implementation, onboarding, training, and technical support to healthcare professionals to facilitate effective use of the software. As part of these implementation services, a limited number of consultation and training sessions may occur on-site with providers and clients.
Day to day, the majority of our operations consist of software development, product management, customer support, sales, administration, and corporate management — a technology company through and through, in service of better care.
The hours between appointments are where treatment succeeds or stalls. Technology can hold that space with patients.
